WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We typically ship via UPS.  We do reserve the right to change shipping carriers if needed.  We offer Next Day, Second Day and Ground shipping options.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Typically we ship raised relief maps the next business day from our location in South Dakota.  Below is expected UPS ground transit times from our location,  Please note UPS does not guarantee these transit times.  For guaranteed delivery times, please select next Day or 2nd Day delivery at check out.

Yes, we ship to any address UPS delivers.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please follow the shopping cart prompts to check out securely.  We are also more than happy to assist you over the phone.  Purchase Orders from government agencies can be sent via email, fax or mail.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you do not.  You can create an account at checkout of your 1st order but it is not required.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When each order is shipped a UPS tracking number is sent to the email used when ordering.  This email will have a direct link to track your package on UPS's website.
